Zuni Electric, Inc. was established in 1984 in Alamogordo, NM as a small business enterprise.  Zuni Electric is owned and operated by Rodney Eaton and Mark Berry.   We currently hold the EE98 & EL1 NM Construction licenses and employ over 25 full-time employees that are trained both in the electrical field and in the operation of all company equipment and vehicles. Zuni Electric not only has the ability and equipment to perform commercial and industrial electrical projects, we are also qualified to install security, fire alarm, public address, communication/data, and camera systems. We also have the capability to provide and install automated lighting, lightning protection, underground and overhead primary electric, sports lighting, and solar photo-voltaic systems.

     We have been a member of Southern New Mexico Independent Electrical Contractors Apprenticeship program since 2002. We have had nine employees complete the four year training program.  Rodney is currently President for the SNMIEC chapter.

     Since Zuni Electric’s inception, we have completed numerous projects for the military, area schools, and commercial enterprises.  A notable project that we completed in the fourth quarter of 2010 was the NM Rehabilitation Center located in Roswell, NM.
